1. Overview

No Spam AI is a third-party spam filtering service for Gravity Forms. Our software uses AI to analyze and filter out spam form submissions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If payment fails, your service may be paused or canceled.
You may cancel at any time by contacting support (team@syzmic.com).

3. Fair Use

Plans include monthly usage limits (e.g., submissions/month). If your usage regularly exceeds your plan, we may contact you about upgrading or apply rate limiting.

4. Limitations

No spam filter is perfect. While we use advanced AI to identify spam, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. We are not liable for any missed or misclassified submissions.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. For any billing concerns, please contact team@syzmic.com.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes go into effect means you agree to the updated terms.
